Violence On Liberty, As Teen Stabbed In Attack By 2 Assailants
The 18-year-old victim was treated and released from the ER, according to the City of Kingston Police Department.

KINGSTON, NY — Police are looking for two suspects who they believe attacked a teen in a daylight attack in Ulster County.
On Saturday, around 6 p.m., City of Kingston Police Department officers were called to the scene of a stabbing on Liberty Street, between Broadway and Prospect Street.
Upon arrival, officers found an 18-year-old had suffered a deep stab wound to his thigh.

He was treated at the scene and taken to Health Alliance ER by Kingston Fire Department Ambulance. The victim was treated and released from the ER, according to police.
Police believe there were two assailants who were possibly known to the victim. No motive has been established, but police do not believe this was a random act, and there is no domestic relationship involved.

The Town of Ulster Police Department is assisting with this investigation.
