Woman Selling 'Candy-Like' Illegal Drugs Arrested: Police
Authorities said the woman was in possession of methamphetamines and crack cocaine.

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — A 25-year-old woman in Dutchess County was accused of selling illegal drugs, including methamphetamines and crack cocaine.
The Dutchess County Drug Task Force said Cali A. Hamilton, 25, was arrested Thursday and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a felony.
Agents for the task force executed a warrant at the Red Roof Inn in the town of Poughkeepsie and seized a quantity of “candy-like” pills determined to be methamphetamine and a quantity of crack cocaine.

Hamilton was ordered to appear in the Town of Poughkeepsie Justice Court Nov. 16 for arraignment.
The Dutchess County Drug Task Force was assisted by the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Bureau.
