Isaiah Metz, accused of raping 4-year-old twins, fought off officers in Manhattan and is now at large, according to police and reports.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — A man accused of sexually abusing twin 4-year-olds in Pennsylvania escaped capture in Midtown Tuesday by assaulting police who moved to arrest him, according to the NYPD and reports.
Regional Fugitive Task Force officers cornered Isaiah Metz, 22, at the Antonio Olivieri shelter on West 30th Street between Seventh and Eighth avenues about 4:15 a.m. Tuesday, according to the NYPD.
But Metz — whom the Daily News reports faces more than 100 other sex-abuse-related charges in Pennsylvania — punched both officers in the head, bit one in the arm, and ran away, according to police.
