FedEx Driver Stabs Man In Midtown Manhattan, Police Say
The stabbing occurred on a busy Midtown street corner after a verbal dispute between two men, police said.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — A man was stabbed a block away from the Empire State Building after a street dispute Monday afternoon, an NYPD spokesman said.
A 22-year-old man was arrested after stabbing a 28-year-old man multiple times around 1:40 p.m., an NYPD spokesman said. The stabbing occurred after a dispute between the two men on the corner of Fifth Avenue and West 33rd Street, police said.
The man who was arrested has been identified as a FedEx driver, police sources said. Charges against the man are currently pending, an NYPD spokesman said.

The man who was injured was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition after suffering multiple stab wounds to his back, an NYPD spokesman said. The man is expected to survive his injuries, the spokesman said.
