MIDTOWN, NY — Six teenagers attacked a 36-year-old worker inside a Midtown Dunkin' and then stole $6,000 worth of baked goods, bottled juices and coffee products, New York City Police Department officials said on Tuesday.

According to the NYPD, the perpetrators were taking items from the chain cafe located at 370 Lexington Ave. when the 36-year-old man approached the group and got punched in the face by one of the teenagers on Jan. 4 at 12:42 p.m.

Then, the robbers fled the scene and the victim was treated on-site for bruising and pain, police said.
