1. Suffolk County police officers will begin wearing body cameras starting in July. The first phase of the rollout will have 130 officers in the Seventh Precinct equipped with body-worn cameras. (Patch)
2. An arrest was made in the hit-and-run of a mother of five from Commack that happened in Hauppauge on March 23. Madeline Henriquez, 22, of Brentwood, was charged with second-degree manslaughter, leaving the scene of an incident involving a fatality, and tampering with physical evidence. (Patch)
3. Setauket's West Meadow Beach was closed to swimming due to elevated bacteria on Monday night. The beach will be retested, and the Suffolk Department of Health will advise residents when it's safe to bathe there again. (Patch)
