1. A Central Islip man lost control of a Honda Civic going southbound on Yaphank Middle Island Road in Middle Island and died. According to police, Kevin Majanosaravia, 24, drove off the roadway and struck a tree near Island Bay Avenue at 11:57 p.m. on Saturday. (Patch)
