1. A new Netflix movie, "Leave the World Behind," starring Ethan Hawke, Julia Roberts and Mahershala Ali, filmed last week in Riverhead. The Riverhead scenes are meant to depict the Hamptons where the Rumdan Alam novel was set. (Dan's Papers)
2. Police are asking the public to help identify and locate a man who stole merchandise from a Setauket store on April 14. He stole approximately $520 worth of clothing from Kohl’s at 5000 Nesconset Highway, around 1:20 p.m. (News 12)
3. A farmer at Crescent Duck Farm in Riverhead found a burglar in a building on May 3. The burglar was able to escape from the Edgar Avenue farm and police are looking for the man. (Dan's Papers)
