1. The woman who fatally shoved a famous New York City vocal coach is from Port Jefferson. Lauren Pazienza, 26, faces accusations that she shoved Barbara Maier Gustern, 87, from behind on March 10 on the street, who suffered a head injury then died. (Patch)
2. Jake's 58 Casino is now allowing people to donate their winnings to help hospitals under siege in Ukraine. Tony Pancella, president and CEO of Suffolk County OTB, said the money will help supply funds to purchase needed medical supplies. (News 12)
3. Habitat for Humanity Suffolk announced they will receive part of a "transformational gift" from Jeff Bezos' ex-wife and philanthropist MacKenzie Scott. Scott recently pledged $436 million in an unrestricted gift to Habitat for Humanity International and Suffolk will receive $3.75 million. (Patch)
