Woman Recorded Getting Undressed By Exterminator In Nassau: Police
Walter Rivas of Joroba Pest Control faces a count of unlawful surveillance, police said.

MINEOLA, NY — A West Hempstead man was arrested on Thursday afternoon for unlawful surveillance of a woman, police said.
A female victim, 19, hired Hempstead-based Joroba Pest Control to exterminate her apartment. While the technician was spraying her home, some of the chemicals got on the victim, police said.
The technician was advised to change her clothing as the substance is poisonous and harmful. She immediately changed her clothes but noticed a cell phone recording in a bucket with a hole on the victim's bed, authorities said.

The victim called 911 and an investigation led police to arrest Walter Rivas, 45, without incident, authorities said.
He is expected to be arraigned on Friday.
