Alec Baldwin Will Play Donald Trump on 'Saturday Night Live'
An SNL promo released Wednesday reveals Kate McKinnon's Hillary against Baldwin's Donald. Should be yuge!
NEW YORK, NY — Some might say "30 Rock's" Jack Donaghy's character was based off Donald Trump, so it's only appropriate the actor who played Jack will also get to play Trump. It looks like the opening of "Saturday Night Live's" season premiere episode features Alec Baldwin as Trump and Kate McKinnon as Hillary Clinton prepping for their first debate. Baldwin has never played Trump before, but if his stellar lip pout is any indication, his will be an accurate one.
The 58-year-old actor will be playing Trump for the whole season, sources told The Hollywood Reporter.
Darrell Hammond played the Republican presidential candidate last season. Before Hammond, Taran Killam played Trump. Killam is not coming back for season 42 of the show.
