Man Fatally Struck By NYC Subway Train In Times Square

NEW YORK CITY — A 56-year-old man was struck and killed by a No. 2 train in Times Square Thursday morning, police said.

The incident happened at the Times Square-42nd Street station just after 11 a.m.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

The 56-year-old may have fallen between subway cars as the No. 2 train was arriving at the station, according to a ABC7 New York report.

Police are still trying to determine what led up to the incident.
