Man Fatally Struck By NYC Subway Train In Times Square

NEW YORK CITY — A 56-year-old man was struck and killed by a No. 2 train in Times Square Thursday morning, police said.
The incident happened at the Times Square-42nd Street station just after 11 a.m.

The 56-year-old may have fallen between subway cars as the No. 2 train was arriving at the station, according to a ABC7 New York report.
Police are still trying to determine what led up to the incident.

No. 1, 2, and 3 trains were running with delays in both directions after the incident.
As of 1 p.m., service has been restored on those train lines.
