NEW YORK, NY — The warnings were dire, and the predictions were big — and after all was said and done, the prognostications about how much snow would fall during Thursday's snowstorm in New York City were pretty close. Now that the blowing, torrential snow has given way to sunny, blue skies, it's a good time to take stock and see just how much snow fell yesterday across the city.
