Lois and Mark of “At Your Service” are a one stop shop based in Yorkville who specialize in small jobs in NYC apartments and townhouses. They’re insured and also work closely with realtors and landlords. Email or call Lois for an estimate: lois@yourserviceman.com or 917-560-2947.

Here are the top five stories in New York City today:
- Former mayor and businessman Michael Bloomberg is among the billionaire New Yorkers that might need to pay 20% more in taxes, if a proposal put forth by President Biden comes to fruition. - Only five homeless individuals living on the street agreed to be moved to a shelter, after the city, under an initiative started by Mayor Adams, cleared 239 encampments this week. - Non-white New Yorkers made up 90% of those arrested for low-level crimes during Mayor Adams' most recent crack-down, according to data released on Tuesday. On Wednesday City Council members questioned city officials' approach to policing, stating that "broken windows" policies are proven to be ineffective. (New York City Patch)
- Flyers depicting lynching were found at a Crown Heights, Brooklyn train station on Wednesday–the same day that President Biden signed the Emmett Till Anti-Lynching Act into law, making it a federal hate crime. (New York City Patch)
- The MTA revealed a new draft plan to revamp Queens' bus routes, after trying unsuccessfully in 2019. The plan would cut out some stops in order to speed up commuting times in the borough, and brings the total number of bus routes to 85.
