NYC School Closings: How To Find Out If Tuesday Is A Snow Day
As of Monday morning, the mayor expected school to be on.

NEW YORK CITY — School is expected to be on as normal Tuesday despite a snowstorm that could dump as much as 8 inches on the city, Mayor Bill de Blasio said Monday.
A worst case forecast is now warning that between 5 and 8 inches could hit, particularly in the north of the city, the mayor said. The National Weather Service expects up to 3 inches, with the bulk falling during Monday's evening commute.
"The message right now is school is on," de Blasio said. "If we start to be concerned we will let people know."
