During an argument Wednesday morning between two men, the NYPD said, one man pushed the other onto the tracks.

The FDNY had told Patch this morning that it responded to a call shortly before 7 a.m. of a "male under train," an FDNY spokesman told Patch. The NYPD, though, says the man was not hit by a train.

After service was temporarily suspended on the line through much of the city, B trains are now skipping 170th St. in the Bronx. D trains delays are expected across the whole city.

Unrelated to the person hit in the Bronx, southbound 2 trains were running on the 5 line from 149th St.-Grand Concourse to Nevins St., and delays were expected on the 3 line because of a train with mechanical problems at Central Park North 110 St.
