NYC Weather: Snow Returns To Forecast With Wintry Mix

NEW YORK CITY — A winter spritz of rain and snow could make New Yorkers' just a little bit chillier.

Snow and rain showers enter New York City's forecast Wednesday and continue into Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.

"A chance of rain showers after 10am, mixing with snow after 4pm," Wednesday forecast states.

A slight chance of rain and snow showers will return Thursday between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m., the forecast states.

But whatever snow, if any, that falls is unlikely to stick.

Highs both Wednesday and Thursday will be above 40 degrees, according to the forecast.

New York City, by the way, recently set a record for its longest streak since 1 inch of snow fell: 652 days, and counting.
