Sean 'Diddy' Combs Gang Raped 17-Year-Old Girl In NYC Studio: Lawsuit

The rapper denied the accusations in a harrowing new lawsuit filed Wednesday detailing multiple sexual assaults from 2003.

NEW YORK CITY — Sean "Diddy" Combs "gang raped" a 17-year-old girl in his Manhattan recording studio two decades ago, a harrowing lawsuit contends.

A woman only identified as "Jane Doe" filed the 14-page lawsuit — the fifth in recent weeks to accuse Combs of sexual misconduct — Wednesday in a New York City federal court.

The suit accuses Combs, his longtime friend Harve Pierre and a third unidentified man of gang raping and sex trafficking her in 2003. It contains photographs, including one said to show the then-teenager on Combs' lap, from a night in which she said the trio plied her with "copious amounts of drugs and alcohol" before raping her.

"Ms. Doe has lived with her memories of this fateful night for 20 years, during which time she suffered extreme emotional distress that has impacted nearly every aspect of her life and personal relationships," the lawsuit states. "Given the brave women who have come forward against Ms. (sic) Combs and Mr. Pierre in recent weeks, Ms. Doe is doing the same."

Combs, who reportedly settled with the singer Cassie a day after her own lawsuit accusing him of rape, denied the new accusations.

He contended "sickening allegations" have been made by people looking for a "quick payday."

"Enough is enough," he said in a statement.

"Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged."

The new lawsuit states the girl met Pierre at a club in Detroit while she was still in high school. Pierre called Combs, who invited her out to New York City, the suit contends.

The trip brought the girl to Combs' studio, where she began increasing inebriated from the alcohol and drugs offered by Combs, Pierre and the third assailant, the lawsuit states.

The trio took turns raping the girl inside a bathroom, an accusation that the lawsuit recounts in sometimes graphic detail.

After the rapes, the girl was left alone in the bathroom, according to the lawsuit.

"Ms. Doe fell into the fetal position and lay on the floor," the lawsuit states, recounting her pain.

The lawsuit seeks an unspecified money judgment.
