Suspect Struck Man In The Back Of Head At NYC Station, NYPD Says

NEW YORK CITY — Police are searching for a woman who struck a 71-year-old man in the back of the head as he exited a subway train nearly two weeks ago.
The NYPD released surveillance images of the suspect on Thursday.
The incident happened on March 29 around 6:15 p.m. at the Clark Street subway station in Brooklyn, police said.

The 71-year-old man was exiting a northbound “3” train when he was approached by an unidentified woman.
The suspect struck the victim in the back of the head with an unknown object, causing him to fall on the subway platform, police said.

The woman then fled the station on a northbound “3” train.
The 71-year-old man suffered pain and swelling to his head and was transported to Cobble Hill Hospital in stable condition.
No arrests have been made yet.
