TIMES SQUARE, NY – Lack of bathroom breaks and an alcohol-free New Year are problems Times Square revelers won't be able to avoid this year, but at least they won't freeze.

Unlike years past when partygoers at the Crossroads of the World have shivered in brutal winter temperatures while waiting for the ball to drop, 2020 is forecast to be ushered in with unseasonable warmth.

As the crowds gather Tuesday, they'll enjoy sunshine and temperatures reaching 44 degrees, the National Weather Service said.
