Shine Yoga Kids on Maple Avenue in New City is a yoga studio specifically for children and teens.

Owner Amy Hough ran this Downward Doll session Dec. 12.

The session was for 5- to 8-year-olds, each of whom brought a doll or stuffed animal to class with them—and the toys were given their own yoga mat to decorate (with help from their sponsors)!
