Police: Lacrosse Ball Thrown Through Kitchen Window

Nassau County Police report on criminal mischief and drunk driving charges.

Nassau County Police reported the following information. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

Criminal Mischief

  • May 13: Northern Boulevard, Thomaston; rock thrown into plate glass window.
  • May 15: Harrison Avenue, Massapequa; front glass door shattered.
  • May 15: Cedar Place, South Farmingdale; lacrosse ball thrown through front kitchen window.
  • May 16: Bloomingdale Road, Hicksville; five sections of wooden fence damaged.
  • May 17: July Avenue, Bayville; fence gate and post damaged.
  • May 20: Forest Avenue, Roosevelt; front storm door damaged.

  • May 14: Aisha Council, 25, of Medford, charged on I-495 in North Hills.
  • May 15: Luis Sandoval, 40, of Tukwila, charged at Hilton Avenue and Fulton Avenue in Hempstead.
  • May 16: Miguel Rosario, 28, of Glen Cove, charged on Mineola Avenue in Roslyn.
  • May 16: Jack Alflen, 26, of Oceanside, charged at Long Beach Road and Mott Avenue in Oceanside.
  • May 16: Kyle Whitenack, 28, of Levittown, charged on Post Avenue in Westbury.
