Funeral Services Set For Beloved Nurse, Co-Owner Of Wego Tackle
Services have been set for Rita Stathis, 37, who died this week.
SOUTHOLD, NY — Hearts are broken on the North Fork as the community mourns Rita Lorraine Stathis of Southold, registered nurse and co-owner of Wego Fishing Bait and Tackle.
According to her obituary, Rita passed away suddenly on Monday, August 5. She was 37 years old.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 9 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturday, August 10 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home, located at 51400 New York State Route 25 in Southold.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 11 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Patrick's R.C. Cemetery in Southold.
