'Attention Sponges' Domino And Clawdio: Northport Adoptable Pets Of The Week
Domino and Clawdio, 5-month-old bonded brothers, "love human interaction so much." Would you like to interact with them?

NORTHPORT, NY — Domino and Clawdio, bonded brothers born in September, are the Northport Cat Rescue Association's Kittens of the Week.
"It can be so hard walking away from our furbabies after a volunteer’s shift at our habitats," said Lora Wild, a volunteer with the rescue. "Sometimes the kitties will call them back! That is exactly what Clawdio and Domino do to our wonderful volunteers. They love human interaction so much; they will meow their loudest to make sure you go back for just one more moment of love."
Domino and his brother, Clawdio, were born in rescue and fostered with other cats and dogs, too, according to Wild.

"They are purring machines and attention sponges," she said. "Everyone who meets them falls madly in love with them. Clawdio was given his name because he has eight toes on both front paws! He looks like he is wearing ski boots and is adorable. Domino has the gentlest personality, and the two of them are the perfect pair."
They are currently at Doggie Don’s in East Northport, just waiting for their forever home.

"They love visitors and will absolutely melt your heart," Wild said.
They are neutered, have all their shots, are litter box-trained, micro-chipped and FELV/FIV negative.
The Northport Cat Rescue Association is set to attend the Long Island Pet Expo Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Suffolk Federal Credit Union Arena, at 1001 Crooked Hill Road, Brentwood.
"Clawdio and Domino will be there, as well, so come on down for a fun filled day and say hello!" Wild said.
