NORTHPORT, NY—The Fourth of July holiday won’t be the same amid the coronavirus pandemic, but families and friends still able to gather and celebrate the day may do so, including those in Northport.

And it’s almost inevitable that a supply of condiments, hot dogs, potato chips and other July 4 classics will be forgotten on the day. Luckily, the majority of grocery stores will still be open to help out.

Stop & Shop: Stop & Shop will be open for regular hours on July 4 from 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Giunta’s Meat Farms: Located at 395 Fort Salonga Rd in Northport, Giunta’s Meat Farms will be open for regular hours on July 4 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Organically Yours: Organically Yours will be closed on July 4, according to store employees.

Pat's Marketplace: Specializing in organic products, this store will be open for regular business hours on July 4 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Family Dollar: Located at 301 Clay Pitts Rd. in East Northport, Family Dollar will be open for regular business hours on July 4 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
