Jan Mackiewicz Dies at 87

Jan "John" Mackiewicz of East Northport died on May 28 at age 87.

Mackiewicz was the devoted husband of Czeslawa; loving father of Robert and his wife Andressa, and Magda and her husband Rick Mazur; and grandfather of Alec, Rickey and Tommy Mazur. He was predeceased by his four brothers and one sister.

Visiting will take place at Nolan & Taylor-Howe Funeral Home on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral mass will be held Saturday at 9:15 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church, burial to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Coram.
