'Volunteer Favorite' Cullen: Northport Adoptable Pet Of The Week
Cullen, estimated to be around 2 years old, was found in a King Kullen parking lot with physical trauma. He has recovered, the rescue said.

NORTHPORT, NY — Cullen, a male cat estimated to be around 2 years old, is the Northport Cat Rescue Association's Kitten of the Week.
"If only they could talk… Cullen was found in a King Kullen parking lot roaming around, confused and alone," said Lora Wild, a volunteer with the rescue.
He was rescued and rushed to the veterinarian because he had bruising and trauma to his pelvic area, Wild said.

"We have no idea what the trauma was from," she said. "Was he hit by a car? Kicked? Lost or abandoned? We will never know. What we do know is this sweet boy is estimated to have been born in 2023, has the cutest white-tipped tail, and wait for it….holds no resentment because all he wants is love."
Cullen wants to be pet all the time, according to Wild. He loves sitting in people's laps. He loves other cats, too.

Cullen has recovered from his injuries and is currently at Doggie Don’s in East Northport and has become a volunteer favorite.
"There is a sadness in his eyes, possibly because he just wants to rest easy and be loved in a warm and cozy home," Wild said. "From what we know of his personality, this sweet soul had to have once been loved. Please help us give Cullen the chance and life he so deserves. Forever safe and loved."

Cullen is neutered, has all his shots, is litter box-trained, micro-chipped and FELV/FIV negative.
