Enjoy an Outdoor Evening of Vintage Cartoons in Greenspace @ President Street

Greenspace @ President Street isn't giving up on summer. An evening of free outdoor cartoons is planned for Sep. 10.

PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — Summer's end is approaching, but a flurry of local outdoor activities are planned to end the season in style.

Among them: Greenspace @ President Street has put together an evening of vintage family-friendly cartoons that will run at sundown on Sep. 10.

The event is being curated by local cinematic celebrity Mike the Movie Guy, and has been sponsored by Associated Supermarkets, Dizzy's, and the Park Slope Fifth Avenue BID.

We've reached out to Greenspace to learn more about the cartoons that will roll, but organizers describe them as running the gamut "from Cat & Mouse favorites to cuteness you can cut with a knife."

Greenspace is located at the intersection of President Street and 5th Avenue. FYI, this is a "bring your own chair" event, and won't take place if it rains.
