There's really no reason, ever, in life that an owl would be perched next to an ice cream cone. But, while walking on Seventh Avenue, between Ninth and 10th Streets, I looked in to the window of Tasti D-Lite and saw two unlikely buddies sitting in the window.  For this ridiculous picture, we want you guys to submit captions in the comments section below.
