Hope House Ministries announced the the annual 5K Walk/Run, which benefits ending addiction, will be on May 18 in Patchogue.
The race will kick off at Shore Front Park in Patchogue and continue on a fast, flat course through Patchogue with mile and kilometer markers throughout.
Awards in male/female 5 year age groups beginning with 14 and under to 70 and up, and 1st/2nd/3rd overall

Hope House 5K Run To End Addiction
AWARDS:
• Top male and female finishers overall (5K)
• Top three (3) males and females in the following age groups:
14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & up
AMENITIES:
Pre-race packet pickup will be at Sayville Running Company, 100 Main Street, Sayville, on Friday, May 17th from 3:30 to 6 p.m.
Anyone who can’t do the pre-race pickup can pick up on the day of the event starting at 7:30am.
All “no parking” restrictions on nearby roads will be suspended for the race. Please do NOT park on the east side of Rider Avenue between Smith Street and Park Street. (The parking lot on Rider Avenue is fine. )

CHECK-IN:
Day of race registration and check-in for all participants will open at 7:30 AM. Registration and check-in table will be at Shore Front Park. No bibs or tags will be given after 8:15 AM for the Fun Run and 8:30 AM for the 5K.
