Benise - Fuego! Spirit of Spain is coming to the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts on March 28.
The show, directed and choreographed by Alex Magno, will start at 8 p.m. and tickets ranging from $35 to $65. VIP Packages, available for $165, include premium seating, behind the scenes meet and greet, exclusive photo op, official souvenir, and invitation to attend a private sound check.
Benise, "The Prince of Spanish Guitar," unveiled his fourth spectacular new production "Fuego!" on PBS in 2018, directed by Nigel Dick (Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones, Guns & Roses, Celine Dion), and followed it up with a national tour. "Fuego!," an Emmy Award-winning show, is an unprecedented journey through music and dance that pushes the bar of traditional Spanish guitar and celebrates the fire, passion, and spirit of Spain.

Armed with his Spanish guitar, and a charming Spanish courtyard as the backdrop, Benise takes the audience on a romantic and exotic adventure through Spanish Flamenco, Cuban Salsa, Brazilian Samba, Parisian Waltz, and more! Flamenco dancers take center stage in this tribute to old world Spain.
Benise handpicked the "Gitanas," the dancers in "Fuego!," from a global pool of brilliantly diverse talent. Breathtaking couture fashion and innovative staging and choreography give Spanish dance a fresh and luminous makeover. It's a musical adventure that includes the "Dress of a Thousand Roses," one of the world's largest Flamenco fans, and many more surprises. It's a theatrical world music and dance spectacle that has been called "The Latin Riverdance."

Backed by a stage full of musicians and elaborately choreographed dancers, "Fuego!" captures world music at its best, with a show that appeals to the hearts and souls of people of all ages, cultures, and musical backgrounds. Debuting all new music, he adds adds his signature twist on such classics as "Granada," "Malaguena," "Moonlight Sonata," "Asturias," and "Adagio."
A former street musician, Benise began composing original works with powerfully emotional arrangements that are both wild and refined, producing a sound that is as edgy and exotic as it is romantic and sensual. "Fuego!" captures world music at its best, with a show that appeals to the hearts and souls of people of all ages, cultures, and musical backgrounds.
