DWI Charge After SUV Crashes Into Building In East Patchogue: Police
The driver took a wide left turn and the SUV crashed into a building on South Country Road Tuesday night, Suffolk police say.
EAST PATCHOGUE, NY — A man was charged with driving while intoxicated after the SUV they were driving crashed into a building in North Patchogue on Tuesday night, Suffolk police said.
At around 6:34 p.m., a 2025 Subaru Suburban was traveling eastbound on South Country Road, when the driver took a wide left turn and the SUV crashed into a building on South Country Road in East Patchogue, according to police.
The driver, a 43-year-old from Centereach, was arrested, police said.
