- King Kullen workers are negotiating higher wages to avoid strikes. The grocery workers union reached an agreement and, if approved, will raise the salaries of employers of over twenty-five stores on Long Island. The proposal will be put on the vote Friday. (News 12)
- Stony Brook, Medicine Healthy Libraries Program, will be at Patchogue-Medford Public Library on Tuesday, Feb. 7, at 2 p.m. Healthcare specialists will answer questions about nutrition, social work, public health and more. (PMLIB)
- Three people are facing charges for breaking into several Dunkin Donuts locations in Suffolk County. A Patchogue 44-year-old man is part of the trio. A total of five coffee stores were burglarized. According to the police, the three suspects allegedly stole $6,500. (Daily Voice)
