Left Westbound Lane Of Sunrise Highway Opened After 2-Car Crash: Police

NORTH BELLPORT, NY — Traffic was moving along for Thursday's morning commute after a two-car crash was cleared on the westbound Sunrise Highway, Suffolk police said.

The left lane on the westbound side of the highway, just west of Exit 57, was closed as of 7:19 a.m. while officers awaited a tow truck, but then later reopened, according to police.

No one was hurt in the crash, police said.
