- Patchogue- Medford Public Library is hosting a t-shirt image press workshop for kids in grades 3-6. This event will be hosted on Saturday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. Kiddos will make a unique image using an artificial intelligence art generator and then put the image on the tee. (Patchogue Patch)
- A Long Island entrepreneur died in a tragic fire in Dix Hills. First responders arrived at the scene a little after 2:53 a.m. on Wednesday. Two officers tried to save her, but the flames were too intense, and she died before the fire was under control. (Greater LI)
- Have you seen him? A man is sought for stealing a wallet from a Patchogue. The owner left the wallet on a shopping cart at Compare food supermarket.
