She might be heading to Georgia and may possibly need medication, police say.

PATCHOGUE, NY — An Afro-Latino 10-year-old girl was reported missing by a family member on Monday morning, according to authorities. Iyanna Farris was described as 5 feet tall, 76 pounds and has brown eyes and brownish-blonde hair. She was last seen wearing black pajamas.
Iyanna, who was last seen leaving her residence at 621 Americus Ave. in North Bellport at approximately 10:30 a.m., got into a rideshare on June 27 and was dropped off near West Columbia Street in Hempstead at approximately 11:50 a.m. The girl, who is possibly in need of medication, may attempt to travel to the state of Georgia, police said.
Police do not have information on Iyanna's specific medical condition and the motive for heading to Georgia remains under investigation, but it wants the public’s help in finding her. Anyone with information on her location is asked to call 911 or Fifth Squad detectives at 631-854-8552.
