1. A canoe sculpture at the corner of South Ocean Avenue and Terry Street in Patchogue was stolen. According to the Village Clerk, Lori Devlin, the theft happened between Wednesday and Friday last week. (Patch)
2. The Paint the Great South Bay 2022 is set for Sept. 4, from 2 until 5 p.m. The Patchogue Arts Council hosts the event and features local artists painting outdoors along the bay from Smith Point Beach to Fire Island. (Patchogue CofC)
3. Patchogue resident Brandon Garzon, 24, was caught by police driving the wrong way on Ocean Parkway. The incident happened on Sunday morning. No accidents or injuries were reported. Garzon was intoxicated, and a passenger in the car was found with cocaine. Both are facing charges. (Patchogue Patch)
4. Warrant band will hit the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts stage on Oct. 15. The 80s group will start playing its best hits at 8 p.m., with Adam & The Metal opening the event. (Patchogue Patch)
