1. A new Starbucks is aimed to be built where the Astoria Bank once stood at 718 Route 112 in Patchogue. The 718 Medford LLC is applying to change the business zone, so the coffee shop with a drive-thru can get the permit to be built. (Greater Long Island)
2. A driver was injured after crashing into the LA Fitness in North Patchogue. The accident happened on Sunday Afternoon around 3 p.m. The Brookhaven Fire Department and other first responders were at the scene. (Patch)
3. A friendly reminder that parents with kiddos starting kindergarten this year can apply for the Kindergarten & Beyond at the Patchogue- Medford Public Library. Students will have a year with community programs and fun activities at our library! Registrations are open. (PMPL)
