  1. Patchogue-Medford High School is putting on a Vendor Fair on Friday, Dec. 9, from 4 to 8 p.m. Over thirty vendors will participate in the event, which will be held in the student cafeteria at 181 Buffalo Ave., Medford.   2. The front of the Patchogue-Medford Library on Patchogue Main Street will turn into a Winter Wonderland on Friday, Dec. 9. There will be crafts and activities for kids of all ages! You don't need to register. (Patch Events)
  3. Teens can stop at the Carnegie Library to create a free gingerbread house! This event will be held on Friday, Dec. 9, at 6:30 p.m. Registration is required. (Patchogue Chamber of Commerce)
  4. Canadian retailer, Showcase, is now serving Long Islanders at its new location at Smith Haven Mall. The new spot has a variety of exclusive items, from gifts to candy and drinks, at the North Wing, across from Yankee Candle. (Patch)
