  1. Super Bowl Sunday in Patchogue brings the 3rd Annual Patchogue Plunge hosted by the Patchogue Young Professionals. All proceeds of the plunge will be donated to the Kiwanis Club of Patchogue. The event kicks off on Feb. 12 at 10 a.m. at Sandspit Marina. If you'd like to participate in this event, you can visit the link for details. (Patchogue Patch)
  2. Actor Bruce Campbell is hosting the "Bruce-O-Rama" at the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts in April. There will be two separate sessions as part of the "Bruce-O-Rama" spectacular. He will present the interactive "Last Fan Standing" trivia on the first night. Part two features the "groovy Bruce movie." (Patchogue Patch)
  3. Attention job seekers in the neighborhood, Suffolk County is hosting a job fair this Thursday at Patchogue-Medford Public Library. More than a dozen employers will participate in the event to fill vacant positions. (Newsday/Subscription Required)
  4. Stony Brook FoodLab is offering small-scale farming programs in 2023! Classes will be at the Stony Brook Southampton campus every Tuesday starting on Jan. 17 from 2 to 4 p.m. For those who can't make it in person, classes are available via Zoom!
