1. Patchogue Menorah Lighting is set for today at 5:30 p.m. at Capital One Plaza on Main Street. Temple Beth-El and the Patchogue Parks Department host the event. There will be live music, hot drinks, treats, and more! (Patchogue Village)
2. For those who want to start the year in contact with nature, how about participating in the New Year's Day Hike to Old Inlet? A park ranger will lead participants in this event which is a tradition. Remember to dress for the weather. 4. Mastic-based charity, Caitlyn's Vision will be at Giorgio's Baiting Hollow in Wading River today to give out treats for all kids who show up!
