  1. This is a friendly reminder that the Patchogue Fantastic Gardens Farmers Market has a permanent spot in the neighborhood every Sunday! It features local vendors with fresh produce, gifts, food and live music, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There is exciting news for those who take their four-legged family members everywhere - they are welcome! (Sayville-Patchogue Moms)
  2. National Caregivers Day was Friday and workers at McPeak’s Assisted Living Facility in Patchogue were celebrated for their hard work. Long Island News 12 interviewed some residents who expressed gratitude to those who spend long hours assisting the elderly in the facility.(LI News12)
  3. Long Island resident Courtney Gabrus spreads a positive message to those in the community and nationwide. She was born with muscular dystrophy but didn't let these challenges define her. 4. Save the date for the Stony Brook Healthy Library Program at Patchogue-Medford Library on Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 2 p.m. If you happen to be at the library at the time and have questions about nutrition, nursing, social work, and more, don't hesitate to approach the professionals available to assist the community.
