- A man from Medford was arrested for allegedly committing multiple crimes in the area, including a gas station robbery in Yaphank. Police received several tips which helped to identify and locate the suspect. He also accused of burglarizing homes and stealing catalytic converters in Suffolk County. (Patch)
- Patchogue teens will be at the library-Carnegie Building to enjoy Christmas stories while making chocolate-dipped candy canes. The event is set for Dec. 21 at 7 p.m. Remember to wear your holiday pajamas! More info here. (Patchogue Events)
