Here are the top stories in Patchogue today:

  1. The Patchogue Christmas Parade kicks off today at 6 p.m. rain or shine! The event will start at the corner of West Avenue and Main Street. Kids are asked to bring their letters to Santa and give it to Santa's helper, who will collect them. (Remember to post your address and a staple). (Patchogue Village)
  2. A new holiday attraction is now open! The Christmas House Long Island is at the Smith Haven Mall and expects to host over 100,000 visitors in the Christmas season. (LI News 12)
  3. Save the date for the Bellport Holiday Stroll event on Dec. 17. Shoppers on Main Street will have photo opportunities with Santa Claus from 5 to 8 p.m. (Patchogue Patch)
