22 High School Seniors Named Commended Students
More than a dozen seniors at POBJFK High School were recognized in the 2026 National Merit Scholarship Program.
PLAINVIEW, NY — Twenty-two Plainview-Old Bethpage John F. Kennedy High School students have been named Commended Students in the 2026 National Merit Scholarship Program.
These seniors were recognized for their performance on the 2024 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test.
They earned the title by placing among the top 50,000 scorers out of the more than 1.3 million students who entered the competition.
