Fundraiser For 2 Schools As Jersey Mike's Launches Plainview Location

PLAINVIEW, NY — A fundraiser will unveil Jersey Mike's Subs to Plainview. The sandwich shop debuts with a grand opening on Wednesday at Morton Village Plaza.

From Wednesday to Sunday, franchise owners Anthony Gallo, Henry Gallo, and Lawrence DeBello will support Plainview-Old Bethpage John F. Kennedy High School and Plainview-Old Bethpage Middle School.

Customers who receive a special fundraising coupon can make a minimum $3 contribution to the schools in exchange for a regular sub. Coupons are being distributed through a grassroots effort.

Hours at the Old Country Road location are: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.

Jersey's Mike is known for slicing premium meats and cheeses on the spot for a piled high sub with store-baked bread.
