Flags atop New York State facilities will be lowered flags to half-mast on the day of Neutra’s funeral. That date will be selected by the Neutra family in the coming days, Governor Hochul announced.

The Town of Oyster Bay will also fly American flags at half-staff at all town properties, Saladino said.
