Plainview Bus Dealer Has Expansion Plans

PLAINVIEW, NY – A multi-service school and commercial bus dealership will expand to a property across the street from company headquarters on Terminal Drive.

Bird Bus Sales paid $1.9 million for a 6,900-square-foot building, previously owned by Pro-Tek Services, at 202 Terminal Dr. in Plainview to use for corporate offices and training, according to Long Island Business News. Bird Bus is based at 155 Terminal Dr. and has another building at 1 Warehouse Ln. in Elmsford.

Bird Bus Sales is “the leading distributor and dealership of Blue Bird and Micro Bird school buses and commercial buses,” and “provides sales, service, parts, and financing for both new and used buses and vans,” according to the company’s website.
