Many printed materials are needed for our exciting new SpringFest on Sunday, May 22, 2022, on the grounds of the Mid-Island Y JCC. (Read more for full list) Bids should be emailed to Gary Epstein: Gary@zapkenandloeb.com by Monday, January 10, 2022. You can bid on any or all the five categories below. Each bid must include an itemized breakdown of each item in that category/group. The Chamber’s intention will be to award the winning bid by group where possible.

Please note: Bids must include any updates to 2019 Fall Festival design files to reflect 2022 dates/logos/sponsors and some additional design work might be needed.
Acceptance of bids is at the sole and complete discretion of Chamber. Chamber reserves the right, in its sole and complete discretion, to determine whether SpringFest will be held and reserves the right to cancel the event and related bids for any reason, including but not limited to public health concerns, restrictions on public gatherings, weather or any other circumstance which makes holding SpringFest inappropriate or not feasible.
