Plainview-Old Bethpage HS Boys Win Nassau Soccer Title
It's the first time the team was taken home a title win since 1985.
PLAINVIEW, NY — The Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK High School soccer team defeated the top-ranked team in the county Wednesday to seize the school's first title since 1985.
According to Newsday, the Hawks defeated Oceanside 1-0 in double overtime. They will go on to play for the Long Island championship against Connetquot, which won the Suffolk County title.
